• Dogs (with the exception of service dogs) are NOT allowed during this event.
• General admission ticket holders will not have access to the Premier Seating section; therefore, will not be able to join Premier Seating ticket holders.
• Parking is very limited. We highly recommend carpooling and ubering if possible.
• Your order confirmation serves as your entry for this event. There are not tangible tickets to pick up. 
• Wine tastings will not be available during this event.
• Outside alcohol is not permitted on Penns Woods property. All coolers are subject to inspection.
• We strongly encourage all guests to support our local food trucks that will be attending the event. 
• We have a designated smoking area on site. Smoking is not permitted in general public areas.​
• Penns Woods Winery reserves the right to alter policies for this event to adhere to CDC and state covid regulations or mandates. 
• No tailgating is permitted during this event. 
• Alcohol sales end at 5:30pm.
• We do not allow buses, limos, or passenger vans. 
• Due to the outdoor nature of this event featuring horses, for horse and rider safety; this is a weather dependent event and is subject to cancellation. In the event of cancellation, all ticket holders will be notified of any changes. The rain dates are June 3rd & 4th.
