A quarterly allocation of 3 of our premium wines, hand selected by the winemaker. You can choose to receive a mixed selection of wines or all red selection of wines.

Q: How much does it cost to join the wine club?
A: There is no fee to sign up. The only costs associated with the wine club are the quarterly wine allocations. You choose which membership level you would like to be a part of (Estate Club, Premier Cru, or Grand Cru) and you will be billed on the 1st of each quarterly pickup month (February 1st, April 1st, July 1st, or November 1st) for the selected wines in that quarterly allocation.

Q: What are the quarterly allocation months?

If the wine is not picked up within the 60 days, we will send the email address on file a credit in the form of an e-gift card with a 20% deduction for a restocking fee.

You may swing by our Tasting Room at any time during our operating hours (and within the 60 days) to pickup your wine allocation. With that being said, if you would like to stay for a visit, we require reservations on the weekends. If you would like to make a reservation, click here.

A: A member may use their annual free tastings towards their friends and family, but the member must be present during the visit. A member may bring friends and family to some member-only events such as monthly Happy Hours and Member Day. There are certain events that are ticketed with limited seating such as our Harvest Dinner and Vertical tastings that we only allow the members to attend (no additional friends and family). We do not allow the friends or family of a Member to use the Member's account to receive the Member discount.

A: Your membership remains active as long as you want! We will only suspend your membership if requested or if there are more than two consecutive no-shows for quarterly pickups.

Wine Club Terms and Conditions
- You affirm that you are over 21 years of age.
- You agree to authorize the winery/merchant to store my payment information and to charge my credit card for the above purchase/subscription, including applicable taxes and shipping costs.
- You agree that your email will be the main form of communication for receiving notifications in regards to the quarterly allocations.
- Penns Woods does not offer international sales or shipping. We are only able to ship within Pennsylvania, New Jersey, New York, & Florida.
- We ship UPS ground for all orders. In extreme temperatures (90 degrees and above, 35 degrees and below), a representative from the winery will contact you regarding your shipping options.
- UPS cannot deliver to P.O. Boxes. A physical address must be provided.
- When your wine is delivered, you will be required to show identification proving that you are at least 21 years old.
- UPS will attempt to deliver packages containing alcohol 3 times before sending it to a local UPS store or, in some cases back to Penns Woods Winery. If shipment is sent back to Penns Woods Winery, we will contact you for re-shipping or pick-up. Re-shipping fees will apply.
- All wines in this wine club are sold in PA and the title passes to the buyer in PA. Penns Woods makes no representation to the legal rights of anyone to ship or import wines into any area outside of PA.
- Wines chosen for each shipment cannot be substituted unless specified.
- Membership is free and you may opt out at any time after your first wine shipment.
- Members may choose to skip up to one pick up per year. If additional skips are requested, the membership and benefits will be suspended or cancelled.
- Wine Club orders processed prior to the cancellation are nonrefundable.
- Wine Club orders must be picked up within 60 days of the date of processing unless we are notified directly of your special circumstance. If the order is not picked up, the wine will be returned to inventory. In order to receive a credit for the order not picked up, the member must email alexa@pennswoodswinery.com or swing by our Tasting Room to receive a credit in the form of a gift card. There will be a 20% restocking fee that will be reduced from your credit. Credits may not be applied to future quarterly wine club allocations. Credits may not be picked up during large events. Credits can only be redeemed within a year of the billing date of the missed pickup.
- If your wine club order is not picked up during the 60 day pick up period and you have not communicated a pick up date, your membership and benefits will be suspended until we hear from you.
