Every vehicle parking on Penns Woods property must have a parking pass in order to park.

Premier Seating guests also receive complimentary bottled water throughout the event & private restroom access.

Premier ticket holders also receive a complimentary bottle of our award winning Rose, complimentary bottled water, table side service, ONE parking pass in our Premier Parking lot & a private restroom.
*A Premier Seating ticket QR codes doubles as your parking pass. Please show to the parking attendant at the lot entrance.

We serve a rotating selection of gourmet local cheeses, charcuterie, crackers, jams, honey & snack items. View our current menu.
This event will also feature a line up of outstanding food trucks & we encourage guests to support our small business vendors where they can.
Guests are also welcome to bring their own food. Please note that grilling, chafing pans, sternos & utilizing electric outlets is not permitted. Guest are required to completely clear their table of food, trash, recycling & belongings upon departure.
We serve a rotating selection of local craft beer & cider for on site consumption. View our beer & cider list.
We see our menu for our rotating list of non-alcoholic beverage options including bottled water, soda, sparkling water, etc.
Please note we are not licensed to sell beer & cider to-go. Per law, any alcohol not provided by Penns Woods Winery is not permitted on our property & we do not permit outside beverages of ANY kind. All coolers are subject to random check.
For the safety of our equestrian exhibitors, dogs are not permitted at this event. Service dogs are welcome.
Our parking lot has designated handicap parking for those that require it.
We also have restrooms that are ADA compliant.
Lawn Seating & our Pavilion are also wheelchair accessible.
Please note that Lawn Seating is sprawling & we are happy to shuttle guests to & from their table should it be required.

Due to the outdoor nature of this event featuring horses, for horse and rider safety; this is a weather dependent event and is subject to cancellation. In the event of cancellation, the event will be moved to the rain date and all ticket holders will be notified. The rain dates are June 1st & 2nd. Tickets are NON REFUNDABLE, but will be automatically transferred to the rain date (i.e. Saturday, May 18th tickets would transfer to Saturday, June 1st & Sunday, May 19th tickets would transfer to Sunday, June 2nd).
