How do I order?

There are three simple steps to submitting an order for your selected corporate gifting method.

1. Inquire online or over the phone. Fill out our online form with your budget, objective, timeline, etc. to begin the ordering process or call our Tasting Room at 610.459.0808 to get started.

2. Quote & Customized Mock Up

Once details have been finalized, we will send a personalized quote & photo mockup of your gift package & any customization options you have selected (labels, logos/colors, messages, etc.)

3. Confirmation & delivery scheduling.

Approve your order, make payment & schedule pickup, delivery or shipping.

Is there a minimum order?

We have a minimum purchase of 12 units.

What can I add to my gift bundle other than wine?

Choose from our collection of premium, logoed drinkware & double hinged sommelier corkscrews as well as a gourmet selection of locally made mustard, honey, preserves, chocolate & soaps.

Can I build a gift bundle that is alcohol free?

Yes. We carry a wide selection of handmade, local products & can create a beautiful alcohol free bundle of your choosing!

How much do gift bundles cost?

Build Your Own gift bundles cost vary depending on how many mini bottles you wish to include as well as any additional add ons. Below is a general price range.

Can I swap out items in the curated gift bundles?

We do not permit product substitutions on Curated Gift Boxes. Selecting a Build Your Own Gift Box will allow for complete customization.

Can I include a full size bottle in my order rather than a mini bottle?

Full size bottles may be substituted for mini bottles on the Build Your Own bundles. Pricing will vary

What size is the mini bottle?

A mini bottle is 375mL or about 2.5 glasses of wine.

A full (or standard size) bottle is 750 mL or about 5 glasses of wine.

Is there rush delivery?

Yes. We can accommodate rush pickup, delivery & shipping. Please call to inquire about pricing.

Once I place an order, when can I expect it to be ready?

Our timeline varies depending on whether you selet pickup, delivery or shipping.

Please allow 3-5 business days for local delivery.

Can I pickup my order? Do you deliver? Is shipping an option?

You may pick up at our Tasting Room or ask about complimentary delivery to a single PA address.

Please inquire about delivery fee to multiple addresses. Shipping available in PA only additional fees & adult signature required.

What can I expect the packaging to look like?

All gifts are beautifully packaged in custom boxes on a bed of recycled crinkle paper. You will receive a photo of your packaged gift in your order confirmation email.

There are opportunities to customize your packaged gifts with custom wine labels, a corporate logo on the box, specific colors, gift tags & personalized messages.

Terms & Conditions

By ordering, you affirm that you are over 21 years of age.
You agree to authorize Penns Woods Winery to store payment information & charge the credit card on file for your corporate gifting order including applicable taxes & shipping costs.
Penns Woods Winery does not offer international sales or shipping at this time.
We are licensed to ship in PA, NJ, NY, D.C. & FL
We ship UPS Ground on all orders. In extreme temperatures (below 35F & above 90F), a representative from the winery will contact you regarding your shipping options. Your shipment may be delayed in order to prevent damage to the wine.
UPS cannot deliver to P.O. Boxes. A physical address must be provided.
Upon delivery, the recipient will be required to show identification verifying they are over 21 years of age.
UPS will attempt to deliver packages containing alcohol 3 times before shipping back. If a shipment is sent back to Penns Woods Winery, we will contact you to pick up or re-ship. Re-shipping fees will apply.
All wines & products are sold in PA & the title passes to the buyer in PA. Penns Woods makes no representation to the legal rights of anyone to ship or import wines into any area outside of PA.
